The role holder will report to the Head of Brand Marketing and lead the delivery of content to support the brand strategy.
This output is key to raising brand awareness and consideration through top of the page results and mobilising the customer journey to acquire new customers.
You will be producing content for a variety of projects, across all formats, which will be executed across all channels.
You will manage the businesses ambassadors and freelance writers to deliver content for new customer acquisition, SEO, brand campaigns, new product launches and seasonality/trend-led activities for all product ranges.
You will be responsible for leading the content strategy and for the creation and management of content to support the brand campaigns to deliver a toolbox of brand assets, as well as ensuring all content supports the SEO program of works and SEO page authority. In addition, the role owns the written style guide and has the responsibility to ensure content is created in line with the brand tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Candidates should have 5 years content management experience; delivering best in class video and editorial content, an exemplary communicator demonstrating strong written, verbal and presentation skills, the ability to be creative in the use of content, impeccable attention to detail, a functional understanding of, HTML and CSS, good video editing skills, capability to edit pieces from content creators and experience with relevant video editing software.
