A leading insurance provider is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help manage their office facilities and day-to-day operations.
As a Facilities Coordinator you’ll be responsible for making sure the office stays clean, well-stocked, and organised. You’ll handle deliveries, supplies, errands, and general office tasks to keep everything running efficiently.

This role is based in the office, with some travel required for deliveries and errands.

Candidates should have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to manage tasks and prioritise workload, good communication and people skills, basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance, the ability to perform light physical tasks, such as lifting supplies or handling deliveries and a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
