In this client facing administrative role you will be working as part of a dynamic policy servicing team and will be required to support customers with their policy requirements, such as premium changes, premium holidays, transactions, queries and other client instructions.
We're keen to hear from candidates who can communicate effectively on the phone as well as crafting clear email communications. The individual must hold a good level of computer literacy as the operations teams work across a number of systems and applications to fulfil their roles.
