Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their Property team. The role involves providing essential support to the firm's clients and legal team, with responsibilities spanning client file management, legal correspondence, and administrative tasks. Job Duties:  File documents with court and assist in preparation for legal completions. Undertake onboarding tasks and assist with drafting title reports under supervision. Handle post-completion matters, including SDLT filings and registration submissions at HMLR. Collate property documents and prepare draft contract packs. Conduct conveyancing searches and draft completion statements. Carry out legal research, file reviews, and provide regular client updates. Adhere to compliance requirements including CDD, AML, and risk management policies. Support business development activities, including drafting articles and attending events. Maintain accurate client records and assist with firm-wide initiatives. Job Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Educated to A level standard.
