Under the supervision of the Head of Property, the primary focus of the role is to advise on Commercial Property transactions, as well as to support the team with Residential Transactions and other Property services (e.g. property litigation and corporate support).
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years PQE with a Jersey/UK/Commonwealth qualification, relevant experience on a broad range of commercial property matters and experience of Jersey property transactions.
This is a high-profile Associate Director / Director of Commercial Property Management opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional looking to step into a senior portfolio management role with real influence. Based in Guernsey or Jersey, you will take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio, lead key client relationships and play a central role in maintaining service quality, financial control and best-practice delivery. Responsibilities Leading rent, service charge budgets, reconciliations, reporting and landlord remittances. Acting as a trusted senior contact for clients, tenants and professional advisers. Overseeing compliance, insurance, maintenance, inspections and key lease events across the portfolio. Supporting onboarding, process improvement and the development of the wider property management team. You’ll bring strong commercial property management experience, excellent client-facing skills and the confidence to manage complex priorities at a senior level.
