A great opportunity for an organised and personable individual to assist with general reception and office duties within a Medical Practice.
Receptionist duties will include answering incoming calls to the surgery and dealing with them appropriately, receiving patients and directing them to consulting rooms where appropriate, making patient appointments on the in-house computerised GP system, receiving payment from patients and recording on the billing system and dealing with all aspects of patients requests and queries.

Office Administration duties include the provision of PA/Secretarial support in the absence of the GP’s PA, dealing with the correspondence received from the GP and third parties, summarising Medical Records and inputting details onto the system, distributing mail and general office duties.

The role holder shift pattern will be as follows: Tue 8.00-2.00, Weds 1.00-6.00, Thur 12.30 – 6.00, Fri 7.45 – 1.00 and 2.00-5.15.

Full in-house training and induction will be provided.
