This Medical provider is looking for a Registrations and Administration Clerk to grow their team and assist throughout the practice.
The role involves registering patients, assisting with telephonist duties, and preparing prescriptions. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, assisting doctors' secretaries with correspondence, summarizing medical records, scanning documents and sending out result letters. It is crucial to maintain patient confidentiality, adhere to health and safety policies, and respect patients' privacy and dignity in accordance with practice procedures. Full in-house training will be provided, including instruction on using the in house system.

The role holders shift pattern will be as follows: Monday 8.00-1.00, Tuesday 9.00-6.00, Wednesday 8.00-5.00, Thursday 8.30-5.30, Friday 9.00-6.00 with a 1 hour lunch on full days.
