Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day client service, receiving instructions (payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits and corporate actions) from clients and carrying these out, communicating with clients to resolve queries, carrying out call backs and arranging online banking activations and identifying opportunities to cross and up sell the banks products and services.
