An exciting new junior level role with a leading private bank. This role could be based in Guernsey or Jersey.
Responsibilities will include administration of employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, including current employee changes (i.e., promotions, change to hours/salary, transfers and parental leave), administration of benefit programmes and holiday schemes for CI and UK employees, involvement with the recruitment process including liaising with agencies and line managers, the preparation and processing of CI and UK payroll and pension and the associated reporting, building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties/suppliers, administration and monitoring of internal and external training and the provision of initial first day induction training to all new employees.

Candidates should have Up to two years’ relevant experience and advanced administration skills, with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.

Some inter island travel may be required.
