You will be the first line of contact for our team of engineers, running the workshop daily and ensuring all maintenance tasks are carried out and completed to the highest standard. This role will require you to liaise with other departments within the company ensuring strong communication is always kept, delegating tasks to our onsite vehicle presentation team and allocating specific tasks to team members.
The role demands someone with energy, enthusiasm and the ability to motivate staff to meet the targets and the high standards we set for the maintenance and cleaning of our fleet and to ensure that they are available for the deadlines required for the daily operation on the island.
You should possess an appropriate professional engineering qualification and a valid driving licence. A PCV licence is desirable.
