Based in Alderney, the Director of Licensing is to manage and lead the licensing function of the company, overseeing investigations and the co-ordination of enforcement action.
The successful candidate will provide legal guidance, oversee applicant investigations and render legal advice to the Executive Committee. Alongside this, they will authorise and co-ordinate enforcement action, as well as, maintain and develop regulatory and legislative structure and policy and oversee the internal secretariat function.
Candidates should be qualified legal professionals, ideally with experience in the eGambling sector and an understanding of ML/TF/PF typologies and the exploitation of legal persons and arrangements as well as the ability to understand and interpret Alderney legislation.
