Back to ResultsLaunching in September 2025, the Pathway Programme offers opportunities for school leavers, A Level students and Graduates to start their career with a progressive financial services business. A fantastic opportunity to experience different business areas before deciding where you would like to focus.
The Pathway Programme has been professionally structured to develop the technical and personal skills that are required to progress a career in Finance. The programme will last for up to 18 months and once completed, you will have the opportunity to commence a career in your chosen area.
Students will spend a period of time in the Trust, Tax and Funds departments and the business will provide a tailored approach to development, creating a personal development plan for each student. During your time in each area, you will receive full support and structured mentoring as well as on-the-job and relevant external training to enable you to fully experience each business area. Time will also be spent in other key areas such as operations, accounting, and compliance.
We are looking for a strong academic record at GCSE/A Level or for Graduates a 2:1 degree or above (achieved or predicted) or for career switchers some solid working experience alongside strong academic results.
After the initial 18 months, there will be the opportunity to study for a professional qualification including STEP, ACCA, ICA, CGI, ATT or CIOT. All of which is fully funded.
