Responsibilities will include Guernsey Registry submissions and filings, maintain registered office board, assisting the RM's in dealing with any queries concerning their client companies (incorporated in Guernsey and elsewhere), to include liquidations, incorporation's and any other day-to-day company focused activities.
The successful candidate will have two/three years' experience in a financial services Company Secretarial position or a role with exposure to Company Secretarial work and ideally be ICSA (or STEP) qualified.
