You will play a key role in fostering a strong culture of compliance across the firm, empowering teams to operate effectively by developing and maintaining global risk policies and procedures, and conducting robust testing of policy controls.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Client Administration, Compliance, Risk, or operational control within a regulated Financial Services business. A strong understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey, the Cayman Islands, and the BVI is essential. Familiarity with similar services in the UK or EU is advantageous, as is comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations applicable to Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, and the UK.
