This appointment requires a senior compliance professional to lead a Guernsey-based Risk & Compliance function. As Head of Guernsey Compliance, you’ll oversee compliance for a law firm and regulated entities, acting as MLRO and MLCO.
You’ll manage financial crime risk, lead the local Compliance Programme, deliver regulatory reporting and training, and provide expert advice to support strategic decisions. This role also involves regular engagement with senior stakeholders, regulators, and contributing to global initiatives.
You’ll head the Guernsey compliance team, with the opportunity for future growth, and collaborate closely with global Risk & Compliance colleagues and business services teams.
