A highly reputable and growing local private bank are looking to add a Client Services Executive within the Corporate Banking sector to their team.
In this role, you will assist with day-to-day client service, processing instructions such as payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits, and corporate actions. You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling queries, conducting follow-ups, and activating online banking services. A key aspect of the role is identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the bank’s products, collaborating with Relationship Managers to convert leads into business.

You will also contribute to achieving financial targets, support large-scale projects and system tasks, and ensure timely client risk reviews. Adherence to bank policies and regulations is essential.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively within a team. Proficiency in IT, a keen interest in banking, and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements are important. While prior banking experience is desirable, it’s not required. The ideal candidate will be open to change, able to think creatively, and eager to contribute to process innovation.
