A new opportunity is available for a proactive and well-organised individual to join a busy office support team. This is a 6 month temporary assignment.
This role involves a variety of administrative and reception duties, including switchboard cover, visitor check-in, handling post and couriers, managing meeting room bookings, and ordering office supplies. You will also assist with filing, document management, and other general office tasks while ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a friendly and flexible attitude, and be confident using Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure, and a willingness to support colleagues across departments are essential.
