Responsibilities include coordinating meeting room bookings, handling refreshments and hospitality arrangements, managing visitor access, and ensuring rooms are prepared and presentable. The role also involves answering and directing calls, booking taxis, reconciling related invoices, and supporting general administrative tasks. Strong communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.
The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and experienced in a client-facing role, with good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and general PC applications. A team player with a proactive approach, they will be confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to provide additional cover during holidays and absences is also required.
