We are looking for a detail-focused, proactive individual to join a high-performing Institutional Fiduciary Team, working with some of the world’s most valuable pension trusts, endowments, and company structures.
This role offers the chance to support strategic clients with the day-to-day administration of Guernsey companies, diverse asset investments, and financial operations, including payments and invoice processing. With no hourly billing pressures, you’ll focus on delivering excellent client service while maintaining regulatory compliance and fiduciary diligence.

Ideal for someone with fund administration experience, this role provides hands-on exposure across banking, fiduciary, custody, and fund-related services. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, supported by strong internal training and encouraged to pursue relevant professional qualifications such as ICSA or STEP.
