Back to ResultsA dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Quality & Risk Manager to take primary responsibility for overseeing the integrity of its quality management system.
This internal-facing role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring risk and quality controls to ensure they are functioning effectively. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and embedding robust risk management processes across the business, while supporting risk owners and advising on mitigation strategies. Key responsibilities include developing risk frameworks, conducting risk assessments, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting the Quality Risk Management Committee.
Candidates should have at least three years’ experience in a risk management environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. A relevant professional qualification, or the willingness to obtain one, is preferred. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a culture of confident and informed risk-taking within a high-performing team.
Reduced hours would be considered for the right candidate, but full time is the preference.
