A growing financial services firm is seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to provide high-quality administration and company secretarial services to real estate and private equity clients.
This leadership role involves managing complex fund structures, overseeing a team, and ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate services across the fund lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing junior team members' work, attending and presenting at board meetings, reviewing regulatory filings, and ensuring high standards in treasury, fund closing, transfers, and winding-up processes. The successful candidate will also support new business onboarding, invoice management, and project delivery.

Applicants should have 5+ years of fund administration experience and be educated to at least A-level standard, ideally holding or working towards a CGI Diploma or similar qualification.
