This role is key to maintaining the firm's global regulatory standards through the development and review of policies and procedures in line with jurisdictional laws and compliance expectations.
Responsibilities include supporting the Compliance Monitoring Programme, conducting risk-based control testing, and collaborating with other teams to ensure cohesive compliance practices. Candidates should have experience in compliance, risk, or operational control functions within regulated financial services, alongside a strong understanding of AML regulations and fiduciary services across Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, and BVI.
