The role holder will ensure a great customer experience is delivered for consumers and business mobile customers for the life cycle of their service order. This includes service Provisioning for a wide range of customer services including fixed line, broadband and fibre (Retail and wholesale), wholesale line rental and support with business mobile requests and well as handling any enquiries relating to these requests.
