The role involves assisting with the preparation and timely submission of a wide range of tax returns, including Guernsey and UK returns, FATCA/CRS reporting, and international regulatory filings such as ATED and BVI Substance declarations. Responsibilities also include reviewing tax assessments, coordinating tax payments to avoid penalties, and supporting capital gains and compliance reviews.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Tax Manager and liaise with trust teams to address ad hoc queries. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. Applicants should be working towards or hold a relevant tax or accounting qualification and demonstrate a proactive, deadline-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a supportive and dynamic environment.
