This role involves overseeing KYC and AML checks for both corporate and individual clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls. Key responsibilities include managing risk-based customer reviews, approving high-risk cases, performing compliance testing, and leading AML-related projects.
The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience in the finance industry, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and expertise in AML practices. Proven leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement are essential. Strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience in risk review processes are also required.
