This role leads a team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of client onboarding, including client acceptance and KYC processes.
Acting as the first point of contact for onboarding queries, the role ensures a smooth and compliant experience for both new clients and existing client reviews. Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding systems, managing workflow, resolving system-related issues, and driving data accuracy and process improvements. You’ll work closely with risk, compliance, and engagement teams, supporting system training and ensuring onboarding practices meet regulatory standards. Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in KYC, AML, and client risk management, with a confident, people-focused mindset and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Familiarity with onboarding technology, cross-jurisdictional teams, and a quality-first approach to operations are all a plus.
