This role involves overseeing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering a proactive, high-quality service and acting as a key contact for day-to-day management and board support. You’ll prepare board agendas and minutes, liaise with third-party professionals, manage documentation for transactions, and help ensure strong governance practices.
You’ll need at least two years of relevant experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and ideally be studying toward or hold a CGI qualification.
