This role involves identifying business and supervisory requirements, improving data processes, and contributing to the development of new cloud-based systems that will replace legacy CRM infrastructure. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, the analyst will re-engineer workflows, document functional requirements, and help refine technical solutions across divisions.
The successful candidate will be confident in liaising with internal teams, mentoring junior analysts, and translating user needs into practical solutions. Strong skills in business analysis, data systems, workflow testing, and communication are essential. Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure, APIs, data repositories, and agile methodologies will be highly advantageous.
