Working closely with the Directors, you will oversee client formation, administration, and relationship management, acting as a senior authority on day-to-day queries and ensuring adherence to company policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, conducting four-eyes reviews, driving process improvements, and maintaining absolute data integrity to maximise system efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ relevant experience, a strong technical understanding of statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements, and hold a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP.
