This pivotal role covers regulatory oversight with bodies including the GFSC, SEC, ASIC, and Canadian provinces, along with responsibility for AML/CFT/PF frameworks, policy development, training, and key register maintenance. You’ll act as Compliance Officer, MLRO, and MLCO, providing strategic guidance to the Board, ensuring adherence to best practices, and staying ahead of regulatory developments worldwide.
