The role offers hands-on experience with regulated, listed, and unregulated structures, including assisting with capital transactions, investor communications, company secretarial duties, and regulatory filings. Under supervision, you will also help with payments, bookkeeping, and client due diligence.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong academic background, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude. Strong communication skills and a willingness to study towards a relevant qualification such as ICSA or a Certificate in Fund Administration are essential.
