Working within a single, integrated team across multiple offices, you will advise on Guernsey trust, private wealth, and corporate structures, often collaborating with dispute resolution and corporate colleagues. Responsibilities include providing expert legal advice, preparing and reviewing documentation, managing client matters from inception to completion, and supporting junior lawyers.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister (common law jurisdiction), ideally STEP qualified or working towards it, with strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
