You will coordinate and attend Board and Committee meetings, draft agendas, prepare accurate minutes, and oversee the onboarding of new directors. With responsibility for keeping governance policies and charters up to date, you’ll also manage all regulatory filings and provide guidance on best practice to support effective decision-making at the highest level.
