Job Duties: Provide legal advice on a wide range of matters to ensure compliance with local and international laws. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company’s interests. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant case law and legislation. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to minimise legal risks. Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings as necessary. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and training on legal matters. Job Requirements: Qualified solicitor or barrister with a relevant legal qualification. Strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficiency in using legal software and MS Office Suite.
