This locally based, leading global insurance provider requires a personable, proficient, customer focused candidate to join their talented team.

As Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing calls, meeting rooms, travel bookings, and office security with efficiency and professionalism. As Personal Assistant, you’ll provide diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and wider HR support.

Previous admin or reception experience is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Training is provided.
