A well-established financial services firm is looking for a Fund Administrator to join its growing team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administration, management, and company secretarial support for a portfolio of real estate and private equity funds.

Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory records and internal trackers, assisting with client onboarding, processing payments and cash management tasks, coordinating board meetings, preparing board packs and minutes, and supporting regulatory filings and billing. The role requires developing strong working relationships with clients and ensuring the timely execution of documentation.

Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and be educated to A-level standard or higher. A degree and/or progression towards the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualification is preferred.
