You’ll be the go-to contact for crew members, guiding them through onboarding, answering queries, and making sure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
To succeed, you’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused approach. While previous experience in crewing or maritime operations is an advantage, it’s not essential as full and ongoing training will be provided - what matters most is your drive to deliver excellent support and keep operations running seamlessly.
