Responsibilities will include providing a high-quality Service Desk experience to all colleagues, spanning Customer-facing and technical resolution and technical project delivery activities. You will assist with the delivery of a robust, effective and well-controlled technology environment to support business activities, aligning to relevant IT and business service level agreements, policies and risk profiles.
Candidates should have 2+ years' experience working in an IT operations/engineering or Service Desk provision role. Any IT qualifications are helpful, however suitable hands-on experience is also acceptable.
You will be able to interpret complex information quickly and accurately, have excellent time and task management and able to progress multiple initiatives simultaneously and be focused and results orientated.
