The role involves working closely with brokers to identify and convert new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships. Strong decision-making in risk assessment, portfolio management, and case referrals outside authority limits is essential.
The successful candidate will also contribute to training and mentoring junior team members and support broader team initiatives. Candidates should have extensive underwriting and industry experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach. Progress toward relevant CII qualifications is desirable.
