This pivotal role involves overseeing regulatory adherence across both regulated and non-regulated entities, acting as MLRO, MLCO and Nominated Officer, and leading compliance monitoring programmes. You’ll conduct risk assessments, maintain policies and procedures, manage regulatory reporting, and foster a strong culture of compliance across the business.
