The successful candidate will oversee compliance databases and registers, manage financial crime processes, and ensure adherence to data protection and regulatory requirements. Acting as Deputy MLRO/MLCO, they will support risk management, maintain policies and procedures, and foster a strong culture of governance and compliance across the business.
Applicants should have proven experience in a risk or compliance role within financial services, ideally with exposure to insurance or regulatory environments. Relevant compliance qualifications and a strong understanding of Guernsey’s financial and regulatory frameworks are essential, along with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
