The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the Compliance Monitoring Programme, ensuring robust oversight and continuous improvement of the firm’s control framework. Responsibilities include conducting compliance reviews, drafting clear and accurate reports, agreeing action plans with business leaders, and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks — including GFSC, JFSC, and IOMFSA — and contributing insights to compliance committees and board meetings.
