This is a senior-level position and will reporting directly to the board.
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s compliance framework and holding statutory positions as the Compliance Officer (CO), Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) and will lead all aspects of regulatory compliance, financial crime prevention, and data protection, while managing a small compliance team.
Candidates should have an in-depth and practical knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory framework together with relevant AML/CFT legislation and proven experience operating at this level in a Guernsey-licensed and regulated fiduciary or funds business.
