Working 37.5 hours per week, this hands-on role provides essential on-demand support to a large team of Fibre Installation Technicians delivering broadband and phone services across the island. Responsibilities include assisting with cable pulling and installation, drilling, running cables, working at heights, and supporting roadworks signing and guarding. Saturday work on a rota is required, and a full driving licence is essential.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and at height on poles or building fascias. A commitment to safe working practices is key. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, follows procedures well, and aligns with values centred on teamwork, reliability, learning, and community focus.
