Back to ResultsOur client is seeking to appoint an experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee financial accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is responsible for producing accurate group financial statements and management accounts, maintaining robust financial controls, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements. Key duties include leading audits, managing reconciliation controls, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and providing technical accounting guidance to the wider business.
Applicants should be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience, strong technical knowledge of IFRS/FRS, excellent communication skills, a proven ability to enhance processes, and experience managing finance teams. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities are essential, while experience with practice management systems or trust and company accounts would be an advantage.
