This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a leading telco and continue to develop your career.
Reporting to the Head of Consumer, the successful applicant will take ownership of customer base KPIs, monitor base health using dashboards and analytics and will partner with Finance and Product teams to forecast and report on revenue performance, lifetime value, and growth opportunities. You will also work closely with the Customer Insights team to understand customer behaviour and drive proactive retention and growth strategies. 

We're keen to speak to applicants with proven experience in customer base management, CRM, or retention marketing, who demonstrate excellent analytical skills along with a deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and data-driven engagement.
