This role focuses on reviewing and remediating customer due diligence (CDD) files to ensure they meet regulatory standards, all within an established framework supported by the executive team and external specialists.
You’ll play a vital role in identifying gaps or inconsistencies in customer documentation, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgement are essential as you assess compliance risks and work collaboratively to resolve issues. You'll also contribute to documenting remediation actions and ensuring findings are clearly communicated.
