This role provides first-line technical and customer support to business clients, ensuring incidents, service requests and orders are resolved efficiently and professionally.
The position focuses on ownership of customer issues, aiming for first-time fixes wherever possible, with escalation handled proactively and learnings documented for future resolution. Responsibilities include fault triage, service provisioning and cancellations, ticket management, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, good problem-solving ability, and a solid foundation in IT and networking concepts, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
