The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to identify development priorities, deliver and coordinate development programmes, and embed a strong learning culture across the organisation. Responsibilities include managing training initiatives, budgets and external providers, advising managers on development strategies, supporting career pathways, and contributing to firmwide talent projects.
