Your responsibilities will cover reception, including answering calls and greeting visitors, manage daily incoming documentation both physically and electronically, ensure general maintenance is carried out, build relationships with vendors and and support internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and/or document management, preferably within financial services. Strong communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail are essential with a proactive approach.
